Shipping and Delivery
At the moment we only ship within Europe.
As soon as you have placed your order, we will get to work immediately. If the order is placed before 6:00 PM, it will be processed the same day.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external conditions such as weather conditions, customs inspections and holidays. Whatever happens, your order has the highest priority with us .
Track & Trace
Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing a shipping confirmation and a unique tracking code.
This allows you to track exactly where your order is and when you can expect it. This way you always stay well informed.

Send the products to us, the costs for the return shipment are for your own account. As soon as we have received and processed the returned items, you will receive a credit code worth the purchase amount from us. Enter this code when paying for your new order, and the amount will be automatically deducted from the total amount. This way you can arrange your exchange yourself!
If you choose to get a refund of the purchase amount, send the products to us, the costs for the return shipment are for your own account.
As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will credit the amount. This will be refunded to the account you paid with, or will be deducted from your invoice from Billink or Klarna .
According to the Distance Selling Act, you are entitled to a trial period of 14 days, which starts on the day after receipt of your package.
Within this period you can cancel the purchase without giving any reason and return the product. Log in to your account and register your return with us in advance. If you do not have an account, please send us an email.
The returned products must be returned in their original condition (if possible, including the original packaging) according to the Distance Selling Act. If this is not adhered to, we reserve the right to refuse the return. Upon acceptance of the return shipment, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days. Returning products is at your own expense and risk. We recommend sending the package by registered mail, especially for more expensive products.
Please note that Forbidden does not offer refunds on sale items. The amount can be used as a voucher in our webshop.
